When gun-toting mercenary Traxx (Shadoe Stevens) retires from a life of combat to begin a cookie baking business, he quickly runs out of money and needs cash fast. Seeing an opportunity in the crime-ridden streets of Hadleyville, Texas, he offers his illicit services to the Chief of Police as a "Town Tamer" - a lunatic vigilante who cleans up the streets by any means necessary. For the scum of the city who get in his way, they have three choices: "Be good, be gone, or be dead."
